Anytime you’re curious about new capabilities or updates to existing features in any of the UltraWare products, you can browse to our Software Updates Blog and see a date-sequenced release summary for each application. New releases are made available several times per year and those of you who are under Software Maintenance can update anytime you see a new feature you want to try. We recommend updating at least once per year to keep up with the new features as well as the improvements in existing features.
If your software maintenance coverage has expired, you can easily reactivate this software maintenance by calling our office (251-343-9339). We will look up your records and go over the details of reactivating your coverage. Software Maintenance gives you the flexibility and freedom to deploy new versions when you choose - and when the timing is best for your organization. You can find your software maintenance expiration date in each of the applications by clicking the Help tab and selecting the About function.
Currently we are offering a special “catch-up” discount for customers who are two or more years behind on software maintenance; be sure to ask how much you can save if you renew while the discount applies.
