Added: Tab kick out option. It is enabled when the output bin for the tab kick out is other than 'None' in the printer manager settings. Caution: if the tab kick out occurs in the middle of a print job with certain finishing options enabled, the finishing process may be disrupted when the kick-out tabs are sent to the specific output bin.
